This project included something we had not encountered before. The previous owner had an estate sale company sell EVERYTHING out of the home, meaning the kitchen cabinets, furnace, light fixture off the walls and ceiling, and even the doors for bedrooms and a bathroom.

So our task was to put the house back together and make it functional. In addition, we upgraded all the plumbing per codes and remodeled the main floor bath. Another functional change we made was the pantry in the kitchen. This used to be a small hallway to a dining room. We walled off that hallway and created a pantry for the kitchen and a closet for the new bedroom that was created. This added additional storage in the kitchen and, the addition of a bedroom was huge for this property. We also opened up the basement quite a bit. The previous owner had built-in about 60-80 cabinets, once those were removed, we were able to add a large amount of space.
