Ash Creek co-founders Blake and Casey grew up as childhood friends in the subdivision of Ash Creek in SW Portland – thus they cleverly named their company Ash Creek. In 2014, they decided to join forces to purchase their first investment property together and have not looked back since. Throughout their work together, they found that they could do well by doing good in their hometown and neighboring communities which continues to drive them!
About Blake & Casey
Hello, I am Blake Wehling and I am the co-owner and VP of Acquisitions for Ash Creek Properties. After spending my career with the Portland Trail Blazers, working my way up, I learned a lot about what it takes to be successful, a lot about hard work, and a lot about myself. The skills I have acquired over the years along with that hard work have led me to have a clear understanding of the commitment I have to my family and the life my wife, Morgan, and I hope to provide for our four girls. Ash Creek Properties has allowed me to not only help to provide that life to my family but to also make an impact in communities around the Portland area.

Hi, I’m Casey Stephens and I am co-owner and VP Operations for Ash Creek Properties. I was born and raised in Portland and come from a long line of home builders, entrepreneurs and do-it-yourselfers. I have worked in construction my entire life – from helping my dad work on rentals when I was a kid to remodeling commercial spaces for tenants such as OHSU, Department of Justice, and many others through my work at American Property Management as Lead Carpenter. I currently live in Portland with my wife and our two children.
